Summer camps at Apex Zone Athletics provide athletes with an opportunity to stay active, develop skills, and build confidence during the offseason.
Programs are designed to combine skill instruction, movement development, and a positive training environment that helps athletes continue progressing in their sport.

INCLUDED WITH EVERY CAMP
Performance Mindset Sessions
Athletes participating in Apex Zone summer camps will also take part in short performance mindset sessions led by a licensed sport psychologist.
These sessions introduce athletes to skills such as:
- Building confidence in competition
- Maintaining focus during games
- Handling mistakes and pressure
- Developing positive communication and leadership
Sessions are designed to be interactive and age-appropriate, helping athletes apply these concepts directly to sport situations.
SUMMER PROGRAM
Summer Volleyball Camp
Our volleyball camps help athletes improve their fundamental skills while gaining confidence in game situations.
Training sessions focus on:
- Passing
- Serving
- Setting
- Attacking
- Defensive positioning
- Game play
Athletes also participate in drills that support coordination, agility, and overall athletic development.

How Camp Works
Each athlete attends one 2-hour session per day:
9:00 – 11:00 AM
11:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Exact training times are selected during registration.
Important Note: The camp operates from 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM, but athletes only attend their assigned 2-hour session each day.

Apex Zone Baseball Camps help athletes sharpen key skills while staying active during the offseason.

- Speed and base running
- Fielding fundamentals
- Throwing mechanics
- Game awareness
Athletes train in a fun and structured environment designed to help them prepare for the next baseball season.

This clinic is designed for high school athletes preparing for upcoming school or club volleyball seasons.
